The Irish TV station RTE 2, wants a new set of idents. This idea, developed by Red Bee Media,
revolves around the concept of a Neighbourhood populated with quirky characters who live modestly, helping each other out,
sending a reassuring message to the viewers that fun can still be had, in this Global Economic Meltdown.

Movie Night Scenario: Families gather in the backyard, watching their ‘home-made’ film substitute,
where other neighbhourhood kids act out scenes from famous films through shadowplay.

Sports Day Scenario: Two families decorating each house with their sporting team’s colours, being cordial with each other.
But the game’s starting buzzer is about to sound, upon which each family will stare at each other rather viciously,
before rushing inside to watch the game.
